이용약관
본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 손쉬운 투두(Easy Todo, 이하 "본 앱")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 본 앱을 이용하지 마시기 바랍니다.
1. 라이선스
개발자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 이용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능하며 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 관련 법령 및 본 약관이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 본 앱을 복제, 수정, 역설계, 배포하거나 2차적 저작물을 작성할 수 없습니다.
2. 이용자의 책임
- 이용자는 본 앱에 입력하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.
- 이용자는 적용되는 법령을 준수하여 본 앱을 이용해야 합니다.
- 이용자는 자신의 데이터를 백업할 책임이 있습니다. CSV 내보내기 기능을 활용해 데이터를 보관할 것을 권장합니다.
3. 서비스 제공 및 변경
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 사전 통지 없이 본 앱의 전부 또는 일부 기능을 추가, 변경, 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
4. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 비침해, 무중단·무오류 동작에 관한 보증을 포함하여 모든 보증을 부인합니다. 데이터의 손실이 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.
5. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 개발자는 본 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 직접적·간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해(데이터 손실, 이익 손실 등을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않음)에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 클라우드 저장(Supabase), 익명 분석(Amplitude), 인증 제공자 등 제3자 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 해당 서비스에는 각 제공자의 약관 및 정책이 적용됩니다.
7. 약관의 변경
개발자는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 개정된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 변경 후 본 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 개정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
8. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 앱의 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁에 대하여는 관련 법령에 따른 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Todo (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create in the App.
- You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
- You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend using the CSV export feature to keep a copy of your data.
3. Service and changes
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. The developer may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that no data loss will occur.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or loss of profits) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Third-party services
The App may use third-party services such as cloud storage (Supabase), anonymous analytics (Amplitude), and authentication providers. Your use of those services is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.
7. Changes to these Terms
The developer may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
