개인정보 처리방침

손쉬운 투두(Easy Todo, 이하 "본 앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 처리방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 어떻게 저장·이용하며, 이용자가 자신의 정보를 어떻게 관리할 수 있는지를 설명합니다.

1. 두 가지 이용 모드

본 앱은 두 가지 모드로 동작하며, 정보 처리 방식이 다릅니다.

  • 로컬 모드(무로그인): 계정 없이 사용하는 기본 모드입니다. 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 클라우드 모드(로그인): 이용자가 직접 로그인을 선택한 경우에만 활성화됩니다. 데이터는 이용자 계정에 연결되어 안전한 클라우드(Supabase)에 저장되고 기기 간에 동기화됩니다.

2. 처리하는 정보

이용자가 입력하는 콘텐츠

  • 할 일(제목, 메모, 완료 상태, 날짜·알림 시각)
  • 루틴(반복 주기: 매일·매주·매월 등 설정 값)
  • 카테고리(이름, 색상)
  • 앱 환경설정(테마, 언어, 주 시작 요일 등)

계정 정보(클라우드 모드에 한함)

  • 로그인에 사용하는 이메일 주소 및 인증 제공자(예: Apple, Google)가 제공하는 식별자. 비밀번호는 당사가 저장하지 않습니다.

이용 분석 정보

  • 서비스 개선을 위해 익명화된 사용 이벤트(예: 화면 조회, 기능 사용 여부)를 Amplitude를 통해 수집합니다. 이 데이터는 할 일 내용 등 개인을 식별하는 정보와 결합되지 않으며, 광고 목적의 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 정보의 저장 위치

  • 로컬 모드: 데이터는 기기 내 저장소에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
  • 클라우드 모드: 데이터는 클라우드 인프라 제공자인 Supabase에 이용자 계정 단위로 저장됩니다.
  • 분석: 익명 사용 이벤트는 Amplitude에서 처리됩니다.

4. 정보의 이용 목적

  • 할 일·루틴·카테고리 등 핵심 기능 제공
  • 클라우드 모드에서 기기 간 동기화 제공
  • 익명 통계를 통한 안정성 및 사용성 개선

5. 제3자 제공 및 개인정보 판매 금지

당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 위에 명시한 서비스 운영 목적(클라우드 저장, 익명 분석)에 필요한 범위 외에는 제3자에게 제공하거나 공유하지 않으며, 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에만 예외적으로 제공될 수 있습니다.

6. 데이터 내보내기 (CSV)

이용자는 앱 내 기능을 통해 자신의 할 일 데이터를 언제든지 CSV 파일로 내보내거나 다시 불러올 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 데이터에 대한 완전한 이동성을 가집니다.

7. 데이터 및 계정 삭제

  • 로컬 모드: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
  • 클라우드 모드: 앱 설정에서 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 시 클라우드에 저장된 이용자 데이터는 합리적인 기간 내에 영구 삭제됩니다. 추가 요청은 iamjms4237@gmail.com 으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.

9. 보안

당사는 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 통해 이용자의 정보를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송이나 전자적 저장은 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.

10. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침은 필요에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 개정된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Easy Todo (the "App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is stored and used, and how you can manage your own data.

1. Two usage modes

The App operates in two modes that handle data differently.

  • Local mode (no login): the default mode, used without an account. All data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
  • Cloud mode (logged in): enabled only if you choose to sign in. Your data is linked to your account, stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase), and synced across your devices.

2. Information we process

Content you create

  • To-dos (title, notes, completion status, dates and reminder times)
  • Routines (recurrence settings such as daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Categories (name, color)
  • App preferences (theme, language, week start day, etc.)

Account information (cloud mode only)

  • The email address used to sign in and an identifier from your authentication provider (e.g., Apple, Google). We do not store your password.

Usage analytics

  • To improve the service, we collect anonymous usage events (e.g., screen views, feature usage) via Amplitude. This data is not combined with personally identifying content such as the text of your to-dos, and is not used for advertising tracking.

3. Where data is stored

  • Local mode: data is kept only in your device's storage and is removed when you delete the App.
  • Cloud mode: data is stored per-account with our cloud infrastructure provider, Supabase.
  • Analytics: anonymous usage events are processed by Amplitude.

4. How we use information

  • To provide core features such as to-dos, routines, and categories
  • To sync your data across devices in cloud mode
  • To improve stability and usability through anonymous statistics

5. No sale of personal data; sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service as described above (cloud storage, anonymous analytics), or where required by law.

6. Data export (CSV)

You can export your to-do data to a CSV file, or import it back, at any time using the in-app feature. You retain full portability of your data.

7. Data and account deletion

  • Local mode: deleting the App removes all data stored on your device.
  • Cloud mode: you can request deletion of your account and associated data from the app settings. Upon request, your data stored in the cloud will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period. For additional requests, email iamjms4237@gmail.com.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.
